£75k - £85k DOE

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile & Product Coach to support the development of agile and product‑led capabilities across UK Insurance. This role operates across teams, leadership groups and the portfolio, guiding the organisation towards more effective, scalable and customer‑centred ways of working.

You will work with senior leaders, product managers and cross‑functional teams to enhance delivery maturity, embed product thinking, and strengthen alignment between strategy, prioritisation and execution. You will contribute to creating a culture focused on outcomes, continuous improvement and empowered decision‑making.
