ConnectsBlue is seeking an Enterprise Agile Coach Transformation Lead in Dubai. In this role, you'll lead Agile transformation for a major banking client and coach teams on methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. You will also work closely with senior leadership to promote a delivery-focused culture.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, have an Agile Certification, and possess at least 8 years of experience in Agile roles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
