Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Transformation & Operations - Organisational Development & Governance team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as an Enterprise Architect IT.
Our team shapes Hannover Re’s long-term business and IT architecture. We ensure that strategic initiatives, value stream roadmaps and local developments are consistently aligned with the Group Strategy, the Enterprise Capability Model and the defined Target Architecture. You support this work through structured, forward-looking architectural analyses and clear recommendations, enabling decisions to be made quickly, on a sound basis and with long-term sustainability in mind.
