The role will act as a key bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, processes, and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolveĀ enterprise architecture frameworksĀ (baseline, target, transitional) aligned with business strategy
LeadĀ process architecture initiativesĀ using industry standards (e.g., eTOM, BPMN), ensuring consistency across domains
Design and overseeĀ integration architectureĀ across core platforms (e.g., CRM, middleware, legacy systems), ensuring scalability and data consistency
SupportĀ digital transformation programs, contributing to data model design, system evolution, and new capability enablement
