Enterprise Architect
As an Enterprise Architect, you report to the Global Head of Enterprise Architecture and own strategic, tactical, and operational enterprise architecture decisions within a specific domain. Collaborating closely with Global IT and cross-functional business partners, you will actively shape Hilti’s global technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Architecture Maturity: Advance our global architecture practice, establishing robust standards and ensuring enterprise-wide adherence.
Strategic Solutioning: Lead the architectural design and delivery for major, high-impact strategic initiatives within Global IT.
Balance Governance & Enablement: Navigate the intersection of governance and internal consulting, requiring a holistic enterprise perspective without losing sight of technical granularities.
