The FutureSkills Solution Strategist is a key leadership role within the IBM Consulting Global Learning & Knowledge (L&K) organization within FutureSkills portfolio. The FutureSkills Solution Strategist's role grows strong relationships with One HR team (Workforce Management, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition), geo FutureSkills team, and global / geo Service Line leaders and their teams to be a credible, trusted, and accountable advisor to develop and implement FutureSkills Strategies aligned to the broader IBM Consulting strategies on skills, capacity, and capability build. The FutureSkills Solution strategist recommends effectively addressing and closing skill gaps to support business priorities.
