Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform general accounting activities including preparation and posting of journal entries, maintenance of balance sheet accounts, and reconciliations.
  • Participate in period closings and accounts analysis and support senior accounting staff in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.
  • Manage the General Ledger and Reporting System: update chart of accounts, validate data, enter data, correct inconsistencies, and verify accuracy.
  • Process journal entries ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely posting to the General Ledger.
  • Conduct account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
