A security services company in Gauteng seeks a Level 1 Customer Service Projects Agent to provide immediate call solutions to clients across various projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of Matric and some call centre experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by achieving project KPIs and ensuring accurate data logging. Shift work is required, including one Saturday each month.
