Job Description We are seeking motivated individuals to join our international account team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls with customers from various countries, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional service in English. 
Responsibilities Handle customer calls via phone, email, or chat 
Provide accurate information about products/services to international clients 
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally 
Document interactions accurately in the system 
Qualifications High school graduate or above 
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset 
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
