This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kottayam for an Entry Level Payment Processing Agent. The agent will be responsible for managing payment transactions, verifying payment details, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and assisting in resolving payment-related discrepancies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of transactions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely processing and reporting. Working timing shift ( 2pm to 11 pm).Only apply if you are in Kottayam.
