**About The Role**:
In this opportunity as **Site Reliability Engineer**, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnose site reliability issues from multiple sources (QA Team, System Monitoring, etc.)
- Driving efficiencies and reducing risks from a technology perspective
- Researching capabilities, testing new solutions, recommending and implementing new technologies to improve our effectiveness
- Collaborating and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve intractable problems and devising solutions to improve the products and services we offer our customers
- On a rotating schedule, being available for on-call issue intake and/or resolution
