Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Team Leader
 Our client are currently recruiting for an experienced and people-focused EHS Team Leader to drive a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for leading EHS programmes, developing team capability, and ensuring compliance across site operations.

 Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the EHS team
Promote a proactive and positive safety culture across the site
Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety legislation and internal standards
Support risk assessments, audits, inspections, and corrective actions
Lead incident investigations and emergency response activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/CI methodologies
