As the Warehouse Environmental Health & Safety Supervisor, your mission will involve integrating safety practices into operations. You will engage with associates at all levels to foster a culture of safety and compliance, while conducting thorough investigations into incidents and near misses. Lead by example in developing effective partnerships across the business and continuously advance EHS metrics, ensuring a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute EHS initiatives and compliance activities
• Perform audits and enhance team engagement
• Investigate incidents thoroughly with structured follow-up
• Report and develop value-added safety metrics
• Collaborate with safety management for associate care
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience: 4+ years in warehouses
