Ventia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Readiness Officer to support the Defence Clothing System contract. Reporting to the Business Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring our people and assets are ready to deliver exceptional service outcomes. This role will ideally be located in Melbourne, however consideration will be given to other locations.
About the Role
As the Operational Readiness Officer, you will:

Lead training needs analysis, program design, and delivery across multiple sites.

Ensure personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge to operate effectively in a logistics environment.

Manage and maintain registers for Commonwealth and company assets, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, efficiency, and service excellence.
