Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Epic Inst Design Spec/eLearning Dev for their Fountain Valley, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ The team uses skills of instructional design and multimedia development to help shape curricular content into coherent instructional modules that employ multimedia and a variety of interactive, web based tools aimed at encouraging engagement.
+ They work to solve complex content or delivery related issues in collaboration with Epic analysis and Client technical teams.
+ Instructional Designers/eLearning Developers devise the educational interventions required, to close end user performance gap.
+ They create training programs based on analysis and provide guidance in creating and evaluating the results.
