Epic Training Manager

Under the direction of the Epic Training Manager, the Credentialed Trainer (CT) is responsible for collaborating with Principal Trainers (PT) to deliver high-quality engaging Epic application training and educational support to both clinical and non‑clinical staff. This position ensures that end users achieve proficiency in workflows, data entry, and documentation within the Epic electronic medical record system. In addition to facilitating classroom‑based training, the Credentialed Trainer provides individualized support during system go‑live events and as needed. The role also assists Principal Trainers in iterating classroom curricula, as well as testing training environments and system upgrade builds prior to production deployment.
