Equipment Engineer

• Familiarity with the full premix production process: batching, feeding, mixing, screening, packaging, dust collection, pneumatic conveying, and storage – including the principles of all equipment involved.
• Knowledge of common premix equipment structures: mixers, batching scales, batching systems, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, screening machines, pulse dust collectors, automatic packaging equipment, bins, valves, etc.
• Working knowledge of mechanical drawing, component principles, drive structures (gearboxes, chains, belts, bearings, seals). Ability to review equipment assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC wiring diagrams.
