Job Description

Bidding Responsibilities

  • Conducts telephone inquiries and distributes company brochures and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Prepares and secures all required technical and financial documentation for both private and public bidding.
  • Submits complete company proposals and ensures compliance with all bidding requirements.

Sales of Audiological Equipment

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with end users and key stakeholders.
  • Responds promptly to client inquiries regarding audiological equipment.
  • Present and explains product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.

Product Demonstration

  • Coordinates and schedules product demonstrations with end users, Purchasing Managers, and Audiology Trainers.
