Job Description
Take the lead at Equisoft as the Manager of Product Engineering (SaaS) in a hybrid work environment, based in Quebec City or Montreal. Guide and develop a skilled engineering team.
This managerial role involves overseeing around 15 professionals, including developers and QA staff. You will define expectations, develop team cohesion, and manage resources to support strategic initiatives. Active participation in projects will enhance team performance and innovation.
