Job Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on test leadership to the test team and respective business units.
- Assist the Test Manager in overseeing testing activities according to the test plan and test strategy.
- Oversee the defect logging process alongside the QA team and respective business units.
- Provide reporting of test progress, results, and key metrics to stakeholders at agreed intervals.
- Assist respective business units in test coordination with external parties.
- Ensure that all test requests are planned and completed in line with agreed project priorities and timelines.
- Identify and rectify any causes of delays or failures to successfully complete testing requirements.
- Keep stakeholders updated about constraints that cannot be rectified independently within a reasonable period.
