Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support on all lead generation programs of Americas/Europe and other English-speaking countries
  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls to define the opportunities
  • Outline the right AE products and maintain a good relationship with customers
  • Weekly and Monthly Report preparation
  • Support the sales and marketing team on Market Research projects and new customers exploration
  • Support the Americas/Europe and other English-speaking countries to achieve the DW and revenue goals
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor


Qualifications:

  • BS in English or any communications-related course
  • 1 year or above of technical support experience, call center, or e-business management experience is preferred.

  • Good team/project management skill can complete work under high pressure
