- Support to Pricing and sales/GAT teams
- Operates day-to-day tasks within a workflow if applicable
- Learn and assist with management of the rates for ongoing clients
- Communicates with agents, customers and operations
- Manage the designed Inbox if applicable
- Problem solving with an analyst assistance
