Estate Manager (Car Parks Operations)

We plan and provide HDB residential car parks and strive to provide a convenient parking experience for our motorists, ensure orderly parking and contribute to building a pleasant living environment for our residents.

• Manage car parks operations to ensure smooth running, orderly parking and parking needs of residents & motorists are met.
• Implement car park improvement works and programmes.
• Manage stakeholders and customer feedback and ensure service levels and KPIs are met.

• Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Operations & Case Resolution: Possess strong, pragmatic problem solving and analytical skills to manage cases and resolve issues.
• Customer Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage customers/residents/motorists’ feedback/expectations.
