We plan and provide HDB residential car parks and strive to provide a convenient parking experience for our motorists, ensure orderly parking and contribute to building a pleasant living environment for our residents.
What You Will Be Working OnYou will be part of a dynamic and exciting team responsible to manage HDB parking systems and be involved in harnessing technology to streamline work processes and operations. The scope of work is wide, including the following:
- Drive business process improvements, including process elimination, simplification, automation, and digitalisation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and implement effective IT systems to complement and enhance existing work processes and systems.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate and conduct project meetings, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
