Job Description
The Aluminum/UPVC Windows Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and quotations for windows and doors made from aluminum and UPVC materials. The role involves analyzing project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine material, labor, and time requirements. The Estimator collaborates closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure precise costing and efficient project execution.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications to determine aluminum/UPVC window and door requirements.
- Perform quantity take-offs and material breakdowns based on project plans.
- Prepare cost estimates, including materials, labor, accessories (locks, hinges, handles), and installation.
