Job Description

Function/Role:

  1. Preparing accurate, competitive and compliant tender submissiongs
  2. Review and interpret tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
  3. Identify project scope, key requirements, and potential risks or ambiguities.
  4. Prepare quiries (RFIs) for missing or unclear information
  5. Perform accurate quantity take-offs from drawing and models
  6. Verify BOQ quantities and highlight discrepancies
  7. Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontracted works.
  8. Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  9. Evaluate received quotations for compliance, competitiveness, and completeness.
  10. Negotiate pricing and terms where required.
  11. Analyziee market rates, historical data, and project benchmarks.
