Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for quantity take-off and preparing Bill of Quantities.
- Responsible for sourcing quotations from suppliers.
- Conduct site inspection to assess project requirements and condition.
- Attend pre-bid meeting and clarify technical and commercial queries.
- Prepare and input the cost budget of the winning bid into the Acumatica system.
Education & Experience
- Civil Engineering graduate; licensed is an advantage.
- At least 1‑year experience as a Quantity Estimator in a contractor's firm handling both vertical (building) and horizontal (infrastructure) projects.
