Contribute to ethical decision-making at Trillium Health Partners in this Ethicist role. Support healthcare professionals and stakeholders while enhancing clinical and organizational ethics.
This temporary full-time position focuses on fostering a culture of ethics within Trillium Health Partners across multiple sites. The Ethicist will engage in ethical consultations, lead program development, and deliver comprehensive education. You will help shape policies that align with the organization’s values and standards for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead ethics programs within the organization
• Provide clinical and organizational consultation services
• Deliver ethics education for staff and patients
• Develop and implement relevant policies and procedures
• Support the Research Ethics Board as needed
