The Role

• Provide Operational Engineering and support against the global End User Computing platforms (e.g SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, JAMF).
• Assist the senior engineers and Technical Director as required with maintenance and enhancements of all aspects of the End User Computing environment including processes and documentation.
• Identify engineering operational improvements, articulate to platform owner and deliver improvement programs.
• Maintain Information Security focus through risk mitigation and data loss prevention practices.

The Requirements

• An ITIL qualification is desirable but not essential
