Roles and Responsibilities:-
Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Manage leads by generating prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries.
Enter customer inquiries with complete details into the system.
Demonstrate scooters to potential customers.
Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales.
Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and more.
