A caring support organization in Fort Smith is looking for part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals and their families with daily living activities. This role involves meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care, as well as facilitating community engagement. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass background checks. The pay rate is $13.45 per hour and shifts are Saturday through Sunday, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
