Events Coordinator
We’re a fast-growing US-based e-commerce community and membership platform connecting 700+ world‑class founders through exclusive networking events and regional chapters. We’re looking for an events coordinator who thrives in managing the complete event lifecycle and takes pride in flawless execution. You’re the person who anticipates problems before they happen and already has a backup plan when the venue calls with bad news.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate end-to‑end logistics for global founder social events and lead‑generation events, including venue sourcing, registration page setup, and invitation management.
- Brief event hosts per city, create host checklists, and ensure every stakeholder is aligned before events go live.
- Support 20 region‑based chapter events simultaneously, managing logistics and coordination across multiple formats and locations.
