Overview

RealRoots (therealroots.com) is hiring event facilitators to help plan, organize and facilitate group outings for small groups of women aged 21 - 65+. This is a fun role where you socialize and meet other women in the community while being paid. All events are on weekday evenings from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and facilitate group outings for small groups of women.
  • Engage with participants to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Coordinate event details and support smooth execution during each session.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $30.00 per hour. Up to $1,000+ per month possible if signing up for all available events. Many events include a free glass of wine or dinner.
