Our Client is a leading provider of bar hospitality services for major stadiums and events. Their team delivers large-scale beverage operations for premier sporting fixtures, including the Lions and Springboks.

They are looking for a hands‑on Event Manager to lead from the front in their fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of bar hospitality services for major stadium events.
• Manage and motivate large, variable teams, including a core crew.
• Oversee all on‑site logistics, from setup to breakdown, ensuring efficient service.
• Coordinate event equipment and stock from their warehouse.
• Adapt swiftly to a fluid event schedule and manage last‑minute changes.
• Uphold high standards of service and efficiency during long hours and high‑pressure events.
