Supervise onsite event operations during setup, live delivery and pack-down activities.
Coordinate event crews, contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe and compliant operations.
Monitor event readiness, site conditions and operational performance during live events.
Support real-time resolution of operational issues and escalations.
Coordinate with Facilities Management, Help Desk, HSE and operational teams during events.
