Job Summary

As Events Coordinator, you’ll report to the Executive Assistant to the President, EMEA and support the coordination of high-level meetings and events for internal stakeholders, external partners & customers, startups, and senior executives, ensuring all events are executed to the highest standard while aligning with brand, budget, and operational requirements.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Input to and implement an annual calendar of events aligned with The Vision Centre goals and stakeholder needs.

  • Plan, manage, and execute a diverse range of events – mainly customer Top to top meetings but also including workshops, tech demonstrations, showcases, executive visits, and partner engagements. 

  • Plan and deliver events for eye care professionals, including clinical workshops, product training, innovation showcases, and immersive demonstrations for key stakeholders such as distributors and KOLs
