Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
- Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
- Support colleagues and key stakeholders to continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience.
- Support relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities to ensure customers visit IKEA again.
