Executive (Events and Training)
This role provides coordination and administrative support for the Firm's training initiatives, in-house content publishing, and outreach and engagement efforts with clients and external partners. The ideal candidate should be organised, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for the Firm's training initiatives: Support the planning, coordination, and administration of in-house training initiatives. Liasing with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate training activities. Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up. Upload and maintain training materials on the Firm's intranet and in-house learning management system.
