Job Description

The Accounts Payable & Receivable Executive is responsible for managing the company's incoming and outgoing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
  • Maintain records of vendor accounts and payment schedules.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and assist with bank transactions.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Issue customer invoices and credit notes.
  • Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and collections.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts and customer transactions.
