Job Description
The role of the Executive Administrator involves performing administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a strong and reliable support to company operations allowing Maison D’vie to achieve organizational efficiency and strategic goals.
Responsibilities- Serving as the main point of contact and handling day-to-day email correspondence with vendors, partners, suppliers, and other IFZA departments. Tracking attendance and setting up meetings.
- Maintaining ZOHO Inventory, including arranging import of goods, receiving, and stocking items, and managing stock levels (physical and online).
- Fulfilling orders and handling finances, such as providing invoices, purchasing new collections, maintaining records of purchase orders and billing, managing corporate cards and petty cash, and taking care of Facebook and Instagram payments.
