Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions, a global leader in mining equipment and solutions, seeks a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our executive team. As a detail-oriented professional, you’ll optimize the Vice President’s efficiency, manage travel logistics, organise events and enhance overall office operations.

Responsibilities:


  • Schedule Management: Coordinate the Vice President’s and management team schedules.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange local and international travel, adhering to company policies.

  • Front Desk Oversight: Manage the Accra office front desk and facilities.

  • Event Planning: Organize corporate events and functions.

  • Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between the Vice President, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
