Job Description

As an Executive Assistant in PKF India you will play a key role in supporting the operations of the Senior Management.


Roles and Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a demonstrated capability to act as a strong Executive Assistant to the Senior Management to ensure quality and professional work environment in the workplace while overseeing other tasks as given below:


Document Management:

  • Creating, maintaining, and managing documents and files, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Ensuring all documents are stored securely but are readily accessible to staff.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.


Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Managing calendars for the senior management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. <...
