Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and anticipating potential conflicts to ensure seamless scheduling.
- Departmental communication and coordination with operations.
- Employee and staff relations.
- Deadline tracking and task follow‑up management.
- Multitasking and pressure management.
- Problem‑solving and proactive initiative.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of business principles.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years in a dual HR support capacity.
