Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level support to the CEO and Executive Office
• Manage the CEO’s calendar and meeting logistics
• Draft and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Attend Board meetings, record minutes, and follow up
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and Board
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in related fields
• 3-5 years of executive support experience
