Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Director and General Manager in maintaining relationships with Japanese clients.
- Prepare documents for client meetings and follow up on action items after meetings.
- Act as a point of contact between the Business Development team and existing/potential clients.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the General Manager.
- Participate in client relationship activities (e.g., dinners, golf outings).
- Support the team to achieve team targets.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager
2. Requirements
- Vietnamese: fluency in Japanese is required (preferably JLPT N1); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
