Job description: 1. Administrative & Executive Support Manage and maintain the Directors calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow for the Director. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Director. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. 2. Meeting Coordination Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and reviews. Record minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Liaise with internal teams for agenda preparation and documentation. 3. Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
