Your Role
- Coordinate senior management calendars, schedule meetings and organize the logistics related to meetings and business travel, while proposing practical improvements.
- Analyze and handle incoming requests, identify stakeholder needs and take appropriate action independently, with sound judgment and discretion.
- Manage administrative activities related to human resources, including monitoring staff movements, managing absences and processing administrative files.
