Highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties — it requires strong business acumen, the ability to anticipate needs, and the discretion to act as a trusted partner to executives.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate travel requirements for employees, executives, and the owner’s family, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and meetings for all senior executives.
- Plan and support executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
