Executive Assistant – Responsibilities
- Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director, provide support on administrative responsibilities.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with employees and the public.
- Maintain work schedules and calendars for the Executive Director.
- Maintain and upkeep filing system for Executive Director.
- Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations.
- Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for the executive signatures for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary.
- Prepare draft reports, background documentation, and research.
- Coordinate office activities pertaining to the Executive Assistant role.
- May have to attend meetings with the Executive Director, or on his/her behalf, which includes travelling to various locations.
