Job Description
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations. Participate in process improvement initiatives and performance tracking. Shadow senior executives and managers to learn decision‑making and leadership skills. Lead small projects or teams under supervision to build management capability. Gain holistic understanding of organizational workflows and interdependencies. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive review. Analyze business trends, KPIs, and recommend improvements. Support client meetings, presentations, and relationship management. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
